The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a king-size bed, even though they may not look exactly like the pictures shown and the safety lock was missing from the door. The service is courteous and helpful for arranging transport to the airport but could be friendlier. The location is excellent, within walking distance from supermarkets and shopping, making it easy access to Ft Lauderdale Airport and the cruise port. The dining experience is very basic with limited options, and the facilities provided are satisfactory. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
